InvisibleHand is a permission manager and app alternatives finder/suggester app. InvisibleHand helps Android users which apps have access to what permissions and provides app alternatives to your installed apps.

The InvisibleHand app does not promote uninstalling or boycotting any particular app. All apps on the alternative list are treated equally letting the user make up his/her own mind and decision.

App Alternatives
The app alternative feature is one of the most crucial feature of the app. Everyday new entries are being reviewed and recorded. All apps are treated equally and the InvisibleHand app does not persuade or promote uninstalling a particular app. Instead, we provide a compilation of the best alternative apps within our database and let the user make up his/her own decision.
The sorting of our suggestions of alternative apps are narrowed down to a particular app's categories and sub-categories making a fair and neutral competition of each apps within its own niche.
In the first time use of the app. the app will cached its online suggested app alternatives and will only do a refresh when a new app alternatives matches one of your apps or when you install or uninstall new apps. All app alternatives will undergo a quick AI review and review done by a human.
InvisibleHand will include system apps for alternative apps search in our database. Because most of the time ubiquitous apps can come pre-installed on your Smartphone and not scanning your system apps may make InvisibleHand missed the opportunity of providing you with better app alternatives.

We have included a feature called "News Information" these are reliable source of news about the app and its app alternatives with sources from reliable and trustworthy news. We also encourage to do your own research in order to clarify or verify the said news.
Permission Manager
Users can see what kind of permissions there installed apps are using. We have made it easier by showing a list of dangerous permissions used by an app so, the user can manage these permissions easily.
Special/Admin Permission Manager
Special or Administrative permissions are as dangerous if not more to the user if done wrong by the publisher/developer of the app. InvisibleHand helps users identify which kind of apps are using these Administrative permissions making the permission management easier.
Providing app alternatives to the user and app developers/publishers are mutually beneficial, since it is pro-competitive and incentivize app developers to create better apps for the marketplace resulting in better app alternatives.
The InvisibleHand app is named after Adam Smith's concept the Invisible Hand. Where an individual's seeking his/her self-interest could result unintended/intended social benefit. In the case of the app marketplace, a user finding a better app alternative also incentivize developers to create better app alternatives and makes everyone better off. Except those who created mediocre apps or those who create good apps but abuses the data of its users.
